Description Wireless broadband router with 4 built-in Ethernet ports The Bewan Wi-Fi N DSL Router is the latest addition to our range of Wi-Fi 802.11n routers, easy to use yet offering a high level of performance and security. It includes a broadband DSL modem, a router, a secure 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi access point, a 4-port, 10/100 switch and a comprehensive firewall. Its wide range of functions makes it the ideal solution for sharing an Internet connection in complete security. The built-in modem is compatible with all types of ADSL, ADSL2/2+ or RE-ADSL lines, whether unbundled or not. Its Wi-Fi access point and switch lets users connect up their computers, games consoles and other wired or wireless Ethernet devices in a network. The router's multi-SSID function means it is able to manage up to three wireless network names (SSIDs). With very high wireless transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps* and an extended range, it is suitable for triple play and quadruple play applications. It contains a powerful processor and supports IPSec hardware encryption, so you can create a virtual private network with up to 16 IPSec site-to-site, IPSec client, L2TP or PPTP VPN tunnels. With its comprehensive firewall (Stateful Packet Inspection, DoS/DDoS, filtering by IP/port/protocol/packet), the router offers a high level of security. Finally, the Bewan Wi-Fi N DSL Router supports the configuration management protocol TR-069, which enables operators to manage and administer their installed fleet remotely. This function is crucial, as it provides a simple, cost-efficient way of rolling out software updates for subscribers' modems, ensuring optimum ROI.
